SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program description. If you provide your mobile number and give consent, Grizzly Realty, LLC may send you text messages about your real estate inquiry, including replies from your agent, appointment scheduling and confirmations, property information you requested, and periodic follow-up about your search.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to contact us or to use our services.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity and your conversation with your agent.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. You may also opt out by calling 817-662-4245 or emailing info@grizzlyrealtytx.com.

Help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at the phone number or email above.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Privacy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent collected by Grizzly Realty, LLC are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
